400 Series Pneumatic Crimping Tool
This versatile, lightweight, pneumatic powered crimping tool handles a broad range of requirements for commercial, space and military applications.
The full cycle design insures the user a perfect crimp on
every contact that meets tolerance requirements.
This multifaceted tool has been designed to work with a variety of applications, including pin and socket contacts, solderless terminals, and a variety of custom non-connector specific applications.
Several models available: 400, 400-BHD, 400-B-1. Depending
on model, this versatile crimp tool accommodates a large
range of contact sizes; from No. 28 wire through 4/0 gage.

500 Series Pneumatic Crimping Tool
The most versatile crimping tool available today.
Models 500-EC, 500-D, 500-DEC and 500-D-1 are available
from stock to handle No.22 through 250 MCM.
Standard factory air pressure 80-125 psi (5-8.6 BAR) is
now suffi cient for all sizes.
Model 500 has the same safety cycling feature that is built into all of the Pico line of quality tools.
Optional EC kit available for models 500-D & 500-D-1. EC kit replaces internal valve system, decreasing cycle time from 8
sec/cycle to 2.5 sec/cycle.

600 - 605 Series Automatic Feed Crimping
The series 600 automatic features feed crimping machines accept sizes 12 through 22 closed barrel pin and socket contacts in bulk form. These machines will accommodate shoulderless and shoulder type contacts as well. Utilizing a full cycle control crimping mechanism, performance requirements to all applicable specifications are met.
The two basic systems are designed to service the spectrum of connector contacts now in use.
The 600 series has been designed to achieve optimum production rates, along with operator ease and safety. Weighing in at 145 lbs (66 kg) the unit is portable and will operate with standard factory air and power.
The series 600 is capable of achieving a cycle rate up to 2,000 per hour. Actual production cycles will vary depending on environment workflow.
Crimp cycles for all series 600 models can be configured to initiate either by foot pedal, or upon insertion of wire into the contact. The machine is available with or without a wire entry funnel.
Series 600 systems feature a crimp depth adjusting mechanism, which enables pre-setting eight different crimp depths into the machine. This feauture allows the system to be quickly re-configured for diff erent applications by simply rotating the crimp depth selector.

710 Series Hydraulic Crimping Tools
The 710 EK SERIES battery-powered Quad-Point Dieless Crimping Tools feature:
6.2 ton capacity. Utilizes four indentors to make the crimp.
Two-speed pump advances the ram quickly to start the crimp, reducing crimp completion time. The ram automatically retracts after the crimp is complete.
Lightweight, featuring an angled pistol grip and a 360º rotating head.
Flip-top style uses a pull pin to open head for easy removal from the connector.
Includes two batteries, battery charger, steel carrying case, test gauge and test slugs.

900 Series Pneumatic Crimp Tool
The 900 Series crimping machine is designed and constructed to crimp contacts and cables ranging in size from No.12 thru 4/0.
Interchangeable indentor sets are available to adapt the machine to provide multiple ranges in crimp depths.
The crimp profile is unique and is a significant advance in the state of the art of crimping.
The crimp produced is a six sided crimp with two indentations at each of the six positions which are equidistant around the circumference of the contact.
This configuration provides a uniform reduction of the contact barrel. The resulting compaction of the wire strands is such that it is virtually void free. The tensile strength and electrical characteristics which this crimp provides are superior to any other crimping systems now available.

Military standard Connector Tooling M2520-range
This universally accepted standard, includes indent and hexagonal tools used to terminate almost all types of multipin and co-axial connectors, with crimp removable contacts.
